Terms of
Governance
Establishing the computational and pharmaceutical boundaries of the AirDuctX Pro discovery environment. Effective as of June 1, 2026.
Acceptable Use
& Discovery Limits
Access to the AirDuctX Pro computer-aided drug discovery platform is granted strictly for professional pharmacological research and molecular modeling. Users represent that all biological target data provided for simulation is legally obtained and cleared for computational analysis in Canada and respective international jurisdictions.
Platform metrics and AI-generated lead candidates remain the proprietary output of our predictive framework until specific licensure is executed under a discovery agreement.
User Responsibilities
- Submission of protein targets must include all known stability metadata for accurate binding pocket characterization.
- Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering the tensor core logic or de novo molecular design algorithms.
- Operations are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Intellectual Assets
Proprietary logic & compute framework
Algorithm Ownership
The proprietary ADMET Predictive Framework and all iterative virtual screening logic are owned exclusively by AirDuctX Pro. Use of the website does not transfer any rights to our underlying chemical feasibility models or tensor processing methodologies.
Liability
AirDuctX Pro shall not be liable for any pharmaceutical failure or loss of data resulting from the use of AI leads in high-throughput screening or laboratory validation.
"The convergence of molecular pharmacology and AI requires a rigorous legal architecture to match our clinical standards."
AirDuctX Pro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect advancements in discovering technology or changes in Canadian biotechnology regulation. Continued access to our molecular dashboard constitutes acceptance of revised frameworks.
Users must ensure that all protein targets submitted for characterization do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property. We act purely as a computational service provider and do not verify initial target provenance.
